I live nearby and this is my go to spot when I crave sandwiches. It’s expensive yes, but it’s fresh, the employees loads your sandwich with ingredients, and the taste is always amazing! Even if you’re a big guy, a large will still fill you up.
I purchased a hook and ladder sub a few months ago. When I was half way through it I found a hair. I sent an email with the picture to Firehouse Subs main email address. I did receive a response saying how sorry they were and that the store owner would be in touch with me. To this day I have not heard back, which is very disappointing as I truly love their subs. I will not be returning as the hair has completely turned me off of ever purchasing anything from this location again. I can add the photo but don’t want to gross people out ?
Chic Fil -A in this new location just wawwww!!! The food was awesome just did not like the lemonade I don’t recommend.unless you don’t like sweet stuff ! Everything else and babbbbbny the service was awesomeeeee awesome ??!!! For my first time wow blown! The salad was great

Nice and clean kids friendly place with plenty of parking. So much better than subway (no offense, I still like it). This one is much bigger place so does not feel crowded. Staff is friendly too. Will recommend.
Went to FHS for the first time ever, asked the employee what is the most popular, they took the time to ask questions and recommend great subs for my wife and I. The service was unbelievable! And the food was just as great! From the first bite I looked to my wife and agreed "we will be back!" Great great great
Insanely slow service. Order paid at 11:22. 15 minutes later STILL NO SUB. *** AVOID THIS PLACE *** I would say it's more than a little bit slower than average in terms of service. And I've eaten at a few of these Firehouse places. They seem to have a lot of people behind the counter and yet they take a long time to make my sub. I've been to other places where there's just one or two people behind the counter and they seem to slam out a sub in half the time. Is the quality of the sub worth the extra time? No. PRICEY!!!
