They are professional and fast, and were able to squeeze me in the next day for a tire swap after I wasn't able to come in for my original appointment.
I was recommended to the Burlington location about 10 years ago and very happy with the service and always feel I have been treated fairly in their recommendations on repairs. The staff are fantastic. A shout out to Paul and Klaas. This is an update review April 2025. I still want to highly recommend Beverly Tire & Auto. I am always very satisfied with the work completed on my car and always completed quickly. Top points for the staff too!
Great service as always. They go the extra step. Customer for 11 yrs now and been there every time I needed my car looked at, even if it’s just a quick check over before any road trips.
My new place to get everything done on my car! Ordered winter tyres and they squeezed me in last minute. The nicest chap called Klaus gave me a ride back home and said it may be some time before they're ready. 1.5 hrs later, they were done! Such a reasonable price too! All the chaps there were so nice! Friendly, helpful and very funny! I'm a Brit and have never had to deal with winter tyres before but the chaps made me feel completely at ease about the whole process! Thanks chaps! Edit six months later, just got my summer tyres put back on and as always, I'm greeted by the cheery crew at Beverly! Klaus gave me a ride to work and later collected me when the work was done. Can't get better service than that. Work always done well and on time! Glad I found the boys at Beverly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Came to Beverly Tire with a hard to diagnose Air Conditioning malfunction in the hottest time of year. I was treated extremely well and fairly at Beverly Tire. Paul and Klaus were great, sourcing a part and communicating everything to me. Absolutely gained a loyal customer with me.
So frustrated with my sister constantly being ripped off by this auto repair shop! She unlike myself is nonconfrontational and finds it difficult to stick up for herself. Just heard she is paid $200./per year for tire storage, this price does not include switching out the tires. That cost was also out of line.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I bought tires here and the idiot who put my car on the lift, jacked it under the fenders and caused damage to them. They never said anything about it and now it's going to cost me a thousand bucks to get it fixed. This place is a joke. The guys who work in the back aren't even competent enough to jack your car in the right places.
