A man of his word and keeps his promises and provides an excellent service. We had a tremendous experience at Upper Brant Auto today. Our car had a flat tire and we were in and out and fixed swiftly! The customer service was exceptional (they even put a fun tv show on to entertain our son) and the Covid protocols great (all areas sanitized etc). Thank you guys for everything!
Do not recommend. The owner quoted 1.5 time canadian tire does for wheel alignment and did not have courtesy to explain. He quoted the price and walked away
Thought I would come here whenever my car needs something done, but I'll be going elsewhere now. I was quoted $125 for 4 tires mount and balance. When I got there I clarified I only wanted the 4 new tires and 4 new rims put together and balanced, and not put on my car. Morgan still chose to charge me full price even though I said last year they did the same job for $95. I called another place closer to me and was quoted $20/tire, that's less than 2/3 what UBA just charged me. Guess I know where I'll be going from now on.
Friendly staff, knowledgable technicians, great service. Work is always done in a timely manner. Im never disappointed with the service I get at Upper Brant Automotive.
I am a regular customer at this shop and have always left satisfied with the work that has been done. Never at all have I felt "ripped" off or over sold...in fact when I needed snow tires, Morgan did not push to sell me new ones...he had a set of very good used ones that he offered to sell me...unfortunately the rims did not fit, but not a problem...Morgan found me a set of used that fit my car. This winter will be my 3rd year using those tires. Excellent value for the money!!
