when they went by Burlington Tire & Auto, they were a very reputable company and I recommended them to others ;; the people were friendly and their customer service was just that my latest experience has been the complete opposite. it took 4 phone calls before I managed to reach a person to book my seasonal tire change they no longer have a shuttle which is inconvenient and I don't find them as friendly
Great service and very quick. I hit a pothole and needed a tire quickly. Had my car towed on Monday night and called at Tuesday 8am to explain. They had the specific tire I needed in stock and on the vehicle before 9:30am. Very happy!
I’ve never been so shocked by a business owner’s behaviour in my life. When talking with Dave it was clear he couldn’t care less about helping us and was so disrespectful. I’ve never been spoken to so dismissively from a place of business. Dave actually told me he lost 7 minutes of his life talking to me. If you value being treated with even a hint of respect, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. This place deserves zero stars.
Best service from any Auto service place I’ve ever had. I have a work schedule that makes it difficult for me to get my car in for tires/oil change . The owner Dave is awesome. He made arrangements with me and got everything done quickly that fit within my schedule . They definitely went above and beyond for me and it is greatly appreciated
On Saturday April 12th I brought my summer tires in to have them installed on my rims and SUV. When I returned to pick up my SUV I noticed that three out of the four had scratches and one of them was dented. I returned and Scott looked at them and agreed that the damage was caused by the tire machine. The tires were removed, and the rims were kept at the shop to be fixed. I was then told I’d get a call Monday. I did not receive a call so I called in later in the day and the owner would not speak to me. I spoke with Scott who offered me a $100 reimbursement and to come pick up the rims. I had already paid $223.73 to have the tires installed. I’m out $123.73 without the installation being complete and damaged rims. I then picked them up later that week and found they tried hiding the damaged rims with touch up paint. Which you can clearly see. I did not authorize them to do as over the phone they told me to get lost and because i knew they would do a poor job. I was right. Your website states “We believe in 100% satisfaction on ALL off our work with special focus on customer satisfaction”. The owner can’t even stand by his own business moto. He is a horrible miserable man that can’t admit when he is in the wrong. Don’t bother responding with your excuse like every other review. Here’s business advice “consumer is always right”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS You never offered a refund. I asked for one and you told me to get lost. You’re full of it and a liar. They had no damage or marks when they came into your awful shop. Stop trying to make excuses for your careless workers. Nothing you say will make you look good here buddy. Keep giving discounts for your good reviews. What a joke you are.
I had a terrible experience at Burlington Tire and Auto and would strongly advise others to stay away. I went in for a simple winter tire change and was told it would take about an hour. After waiting for two hours with no updates, I called in and was told it would be another 30 minutes. When I returned to the shop, I was left waiting for another 45 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. When I was finally approached, I was shocked to find out they didn’t even have my tires—despite them being stored at the shop. It turns out they had mistakenly put my tires on a completely different car, a larger model that my mom drives. She had unknowingly been driving around with the wrong tires, which is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. What’s worse is that there was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no compensation offered for the mistake or the huge inconvenience it caused. My mom had to cancel her entire workday just to sort it out. The whole experience felt dismissive and careless. This is not how a professional business should operate—especially when dealing with something as critical as vehicle safety. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is beyond disorganized and absolutely not worth your time or trust.
I was more than satisfied with service provided by Burlington Tire. I asked them to install new TPMS sensors that I purchased online from another vendor. They not only installed them but scan my old one to determine why they weren't working. Great service above and beyond what was asked of them.
