Total Tire is now the only place I will buy my tires. The service was spectacular, even the person working on my vehicle called to inquire on what I wanted to do with my old tires after telling me the tread depth. Mike was awesome, very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing tires and am sure their full service is just as great.
Had a lovely experience at Total Tire. Brought in my husband's vehicle to have winters put on. The whole process was smooth and easy. I asked for my summers to be put in new bags. However, I did not know my vehicle had already been serviced. Taren quickly went outside and put all my existing summer tires in new bags on the spot. Exceptional customer service and automotive service.
I have dealt with total tire for years and I have referred many friends and family and they have been very professional. I'm posting this review as I noticed someone is posting negative reviews and it appears as if they're getting others to post negative reviews it's impossible to get 10-12 1star or 2 star reviews in a day. These people have no life and want to ruin someone else's business
Rip off scam artists. It's happened to me, a relative, and now I just talked to a coworker who recently had a terrible experience with these guys. This is seems too common an occurrence to be a coincidence. They'll quote you one amount and then you come back and suddenly it's much more expensive. When you try and ask about the price increase, they get defensive and rude, and accuse you of being difficult. I will never, ever return here, nor will I ever suggest anyone I know to ever come here either. Total Tire is in serious need of better business practices.
My experience at Total Tire was excellent! From the front desk to the garage, every individual involved in assisting me with tire storage, repair and replacement was exceptional. Abdul and his team are courteous and conversational and offered me the best solutions for my vehicle needs. Thanks all!!
Purchased rims from Total Tire for all 4 tires and having driven back to my home just down the road I noticed that the right side had a slight wobble. I brought the car right back to the shop on Fairview Street in Burlington and the shop mechanic confirmed that one of the rims was indeed damaged. Having explained to head manager/owner that they sold me a defective rim and that they should replace it, the manager/owner immediately started accused me of causing the damage and that I would have to purchase another rim at the cost of $125 + tax. Despite my efforts to reason with the manager/owner about the fact that I just live up the road and had driven the car with great care, and that I was sold a defective rim, he kept getting angry with me and agressively blamed me for the fault. Realizing that there was no reasoning with the manager/owner I ate the cost, but was extreamly disapointed with his behaviour and attitude. I do not recommend this place as you may experience rudeness, and minipulation. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THE DEFECTIVE RIM. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE...
