What a great experience. Called to check wait time, and she said 10 min! (Noted that was unusual and to come in asap haha) so I did! The whole team was very kind, polite & discreet, and I was in an out within 20 minutes with a prescription & tests. Thank you so much! :)
Do not go to this clinic! Dr. Strome and her receptionist are awful. Took my little girl in as she was quite sick and required an xray and antibiotics. Dr.Strome saw her and was extremely rough with her and very short tempered (my daughter couldn't take deep breaths due to the illness) and Strome was very rude about it, belittling her in the exam room. After her so called examination she proceeded to tell to ask my daughter why she was so upset and told me she couldn't see anything wrong with her. I questioned her as it was very obvious my little girl was sick and she dismissed me and walked out saying she wasn't doing anything for her. I proceeded to take her straight to another clinic where they gave her an xray and antibiotics right away and turns out she had pneumonia. Time to retire Strome. You're rude, unprofessional and extremely careless with your patients care. And your secretary is equally as awful. Who treats a sick little girl like that?! Terrible.
If you value your health in any way do Not visit this walk-in clinic, they're rude, dismissive and lacks medical Professionalism. When they called me back a day later with the results of my scan, I asked "how can I alleviate my symptoms"? They had no suggestions or recommendations for my symptoms other than a Kurt response of "I don't know I'm not a doctor follow up with yours and then hung up"
We come here every time we're sick. Team works fast to see patients as fast as possible. Most of the time, we get in right away or after a short wait. Sometimes we get prescribed meds, and sometimes we have to wait the sickness out. Overall, I recommend.
Fourth time lucky here, the previous three I went to were either closed or wouldn’t see me (and were rude too). The wait here was reasonable and the receptionist was helpful and very friendly. As was the doctor who tended to my infected thumb. She gave me a simple protocol to follow and my thumb healed in no time. I had a good experience here and would definitely come back.
Extremely unprofessional and lack of care. Waited an hour just to get into the room and waited for the doctor. Went in for a throat related issue. Doctor came in wearing a leather jacket. Took about 15 seconds with me total. Had a quick peek in my throat, said she’d check my ears which took about .5 seconds. And then asked me how long I’ve had symptoms (keep in mind I can’t speak) and before I could answer started getting frustrated with me for not responding. Then basically said “Yup, strep throat, here’s your prescription, good day”. No time for any questions or any concerns, didn’t even ask me what I’m allergic to.. Which leads me to part 2, the prescription she gave me is for an antibiotic that is in the same class of another antibiotic that I’m allergic to. Thank god the pharmacist asked me if I’m allergic to any medication because I could have been having a really bad time right now. Don’t ever go here, and if you can, report this place for malpractice/negligence. Please don’t take your kids here, please. (I understand it was a busy day and she could have been stressed but you can’t put aside your duties as a doctor because of stress. You took this line of work for a reason)
Dont even waste your time going in. I should have listened to the other reviews whoever the doctor at this location is, is terrible. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t seem like he wants to help at all just wants you gone.
