They open around 9:15 and the receptionist comes at 10 and the doctor will come at 11 so don’t make the same mistake that I did of showing up at their door at 9 AM..
I want to thank the team at Optimal Health, especially Dr. Karukapadath…my friend who isn’t from this city contracted pneumonia while on a trip..he finished his antibiotics but still wasn’t feeling strong enough to get home..I emailed the office and I received a response within an hour …an appointment was booked for him…..thank you Dr. Karukapadath for his care and patience…feel very grateful to be a patient there myself and also how quickly they were able to help my friend .
I’ve been visiting Optimal Medical Clinic for the past 2.5 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and patient, they always listen carefully to my concerns and provide the best advice. Although I’m not sure why the doctors change so frequently, but every doctor I’ve met has been extremely knowledgeable and genuinely outstanding in their approach. I would especially like to mention Naveed admin officer who has been exceptionally supportive at all times. His kindness and dedication truly stand out. The entire team is superb, Highly recommended!
The doctors at this clinic are absolutely fantastic – they are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. Unfortunately, everything positive about the medical side of this practice is completely undone the moment you have to deal with the reception staff. The receptionists here are, without question, some of the worst I have ever encountered. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and dismissive to the point of being insulting. It often feels like they have no idea what they’re doing, and instead of taking the time to clarify or check, they’ll simply blurt out “yes” to any question just to shut you up and move on. It’s careless, lazy, and frankly dangerous in a medical setting where accuracy actually matters. Every interaction with them feels like a battle. They don’t return calls in a timely manner, they misplace information, and when they do respond, it’s rushed, curt, and completely unhelpful. There’s zero accountability, zero initiative, and zero sense that they actually care about patients. It leaves you with the impression that their only goal is to get you off the line or out of their sight as quickly as possible, regardless of whether your issue is resolved. It is incredibly frustrating that the doctors — who deserve nothing but praise — are paired with a front desk team that actively drags down the entire experience of coming here. Walking into a clinic where the first impression is rude, incompetent reception staff sets the wrong tone before you ever see a doctor, and it’s unacceptable. If I were rating the doctors alone, they would get five stars without hesitation. But because the receptionist service is so abysmal, I can’t give this clinic more than one. Until the front desk is completely overhauled with staff who are actually trained, professional, and capable, this place will remain a study in wasted potential.

Upon visition met a warm and pleasant young woman administrator receptionist whom i think high of, sincere, a significant and active staff member of now i can say i am a patient of, Dr. Jamal Ansari, who welcomed and accepted my application. I have been with this Clinic for 9 months and I have no complaints whatsoever, I am so glad to be one of their Patients. They are so helpful and I now get my Meds delivered.
We are very happy with the wonderful care that my Mother has received from Optimal Health. Dr Hasnian has been very thorough and patient when treating Moms significant health issues. She is firm yet kind and endearing which we find a winning combination. Both pharmacists (Dr) Hardeep and Dr Parkhani have taken the time to carefully answer any questions we’ve had about medications and explain any side affects that may occur. Highly recommended!
