Absolutely horrible, I went in for an issue as u couldn't get in to see my own family dr., I was given a urine cup which is fine everyone can do a urine test, then he proceeded to give me a vaginal swab test and sent me to the public unsanitary washroom to do it myself!!! Very unprofessional.
Sadly a very poor experience here. Was seen by Dr Omar who misdiagnosed my condition and gave me strong antibiotics which killed my immune system. Was not asked to come back for a follow up. Went back a week later having improved very little and had started with other problems, again very little help, no follow up. Turns out I had shingles virus that needed attention and now have a very long recovery ahead.
Was told to come by 530pm to be seen by the walk in doctor...came at 540pm waited 10 mins and was told the doctor actually left early. Why have your hours to 7pm if they leave early? I take the bus and this was going out of my way even after phoning..very irritated
DISGUSTED AND ALSO A LITTLE CONFUSED? Was told female doc is accepting new patients, so submitted new patient forms in October. Didn't hear anything so followed up in January, was told I'd get a call in February. No call in February. Got a call March 15 for a next day appointment. Explained my time is very limited during the work day so cannot be waiting around, was advised 10:15 was the best appointment time to avoid waiting. I arrived at 10:10, and began the waiting process. I was brought into the exam room around 10:45, and was told the doc who is here is not accepting new patients but frequents the clinic and they are currently hiring 2 female doctors. I'm confused at this point why I'm even here in that case - I was clear about wanting a meet and greet with a new family doc. I finally see Dr Carlos at 11:05, who confirms she is not a regular doc here and is not accepting new patients. I also noted the extensive wait and she said they have "no control over wait times". Really?? Who schedules the appointments? I had earlier overheard staff saying they're good to "double book" until lunch. I left extremely frustrated and will obviously not return. I'm so sick of doctors cramming their days full of patients to maximize their paycheck with absolutely no regard or respect for people's time. I will note all staff were very warm, welcoming, and polite. It's unfortunate that at this point that means very little to me.
