Dr Gill is the best. Feel cared for my family and self including my mother. Staff at reception is also warm and caring. Least wait times of the 2 other doctors I had in the past. The best one is my husband's ex doctor in Toronto with No wait time and no tolerance to being late.
Basically, the place is TOTALLY a $-CASH-grab place. Everything else is secondary. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forgot your health-card? You must pay $150 *CASH* only !!! LOL!!! (no debit/credit). That's 4X the cost of the OHIP visit , as my family Dr. told me !! Cash grab alright and BOY, do they grab, with BOTH hands!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Came for sore throat? They don't do rapid strep test. What kind of "walk-in clinic" doesn't' offer that? There's no $ in that i guess. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Grandma came here for hip issue. She couldn't even get on their damn bed because they have no foot stool to step on. She could barely get on or off the bed without almost wiping out off of it. I guess there's no $ in having foot stools either. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Entire wait-room is plastered with cosmetic messages , posters 8 foot high. So yeah, it's a cash grab place. They have tones of messages about how to grab your money for cosmetic reasons, but not 1 sign about the flu shot for example. Not to mention the wait-times. This isn't the standard walk-in you expect it to be. Good Luck & Good riddance!
Horrible place. Very shady, they do a very bad job and rip u off. Pathetic unhygenic place and the staff /owner are very unprofessional. Do not go there. Sarwat especially is a pathetic lady.
This clinic is disgraceful. Unhygienic, disorganized, and refuse care. I've had an appointment for MONTHS for a new family doctor - Dr. Rashid, came in before my appointment time and had to wait 40 minutes to be seen - while waiting the front desk associate took my info on a note pad, they don't even have proper forms for new patients. The patient room was dirty. The family doctor came in and flat out told me she won't accept patients with mental health issues or that need any ongoing care or prescriptions. I said this info should be given when people call to make these appointments and wait months to be seen because it's not easy finding a new family doctor and you're wasting everyones time. She shrugged and said she "understands" but they can't go into detail on the phone. I asked if she can at least refer me to someone else accepting new patients and she didn't have any options. There were other upset patients in the clinic as well, one even yelling about being refused care. This place is a joke. Clinic replied: "Sorry you feel this way, our clinic is clean, staff is professional and we don’t tolerate aggressive behaviour." So you can add lying & gaslighting to my above review of them. They don't care about anyone.
Try to avoid this clinic if possible . Even when there are no patients , we had waited more than an hour to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was good but everytime spending lot of time in waiting is not at all worth it .We have been living here since a decade and been to lot of clinics and this is not the case everywhere.
A joke of a doctors office. Dr Gill is nice. The guy who works the front desk should be FIRED! He is so beyond rude. Leaves you on hold for more then 30 mins at a time. Doesnt do the fax right Is a complete mess! I hate calling because of him. I am looking for a new doctor now because I'm tired of this. Stop making excuses....I'm not confused. Regardless...man or women terrible terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible reception staff. I would give a zero if it were possible. I called in to see if they had availability for walk in appointments. The receptionist doesn’t even have the decency to greet the patients, rather in a rush they go “halton medix hold” and then leave you on hold for a good 10-20 minutes. I called 4 times today each time when it came to my call they hung up the phone. Very inappropriate behaviour for a medical clinic especially, where you should be helping your patients. Please hire more reception staff or train your employees better. Very unprofessional behaviour. If my experience to just get an appointment has been so terrible, I can’t imagine what it’d be like at the clinic. I will be avoiding in the future such a waste of time and no care for others *it’s sad to see all the feedback regarding reception staff yet no changes have been made. It’s time for management to step up Response to owner: I have tried your online booking option, that doesn't change appointment wait times, or the behaviour of the staff. Second, I haven't ignored your policies or procedures so you don't need to try and shift the blame. You just need to take accountability and take action. Smart phones are indeed very handy, that why I use one. thank you!
