I had the pleasure of having my car repaired at CARSTAR Burlington for a no fault accident. The staff handled my car with care and they seamlessly liaised with my insurance company. Chris in particular explained the process step by step and was very professional and communicative. I was very impressed with the service, and I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing quality repairs on their car. Thank you!

Let's start with if you decide to take your vehicle to this facility you are making your first mistake. I was told to take my car there by my insurance company. They have decent reviews online but that did not relate to the quality of service I received. I was in a not at fault accident and they quoted roughly 3500 to the insurance company. Ended up being closer to 6500 and 10 grand for my rental for the 5 months my car was at there shop. Part of the repair was my tire. It had a gouge out of the sidewall and the valve stem was snapped in half so I couldn't add air plus my steering wheel was off center so any further driving would cause premature tire wear. They claimed the car was fully driveable and wanted me to continue driving it to work and back till they could get it in, which I refused. They took the car in replaced the tire and valve and tried to give it back. My insurance said they would keep the car and I would stay in my rental till the car was fully repaired. The owner mike acts like he is close to retirement and doesn't care about the quality of service. I think the advisor Chris is related to him as I could smell what Mike had for breakfast off his breath. If you are stuck dealing with them ask to deal with Tim or Russ they were the only ones that had a head on their shoulders and were willing to admit to the faults of the company as a whole. I was called four times to pick up my finished car and each time I arrived there was something that wasn't done or was done extremely poorly. On the fifth time arriving to inspect my car there was damage to the roof (toonie sized chipped of paint missing)that was not there when I dropped it off or the first four times I came to "pick up" my car. Immediatly Mike the owner gets defensive claiming it was there the whole time. After a week of back and forth providing him with photo proof from the police report, my own photos from when the accident happened and the photos they took of my car when it arrived at carstar on mainway. He finally admitted that his car wash kid hit it with the pressure washer wand. I did not receive an apology for all of the frustration he caused but yet I received a bill for almost 700 dollars if I wanted it fixed. Also previous to this interaction my car was clearly in the shop for the long haul and I reached out about getting some other minor damage repaird that was not part of the accident claim, as I wanted to receive a damage free car back. We discussed a price and I ended up paying over 1100$ out of pocket to have the damage fixed. In the end carstar corporate agreed with me and my claim for my damaged roof but was unable to force the hand of the individually owned franchise. All they could do is make a note on their file which would be addressed when the franchise renewal contract came up.The poor quality work was repaired to the best of "their" ability. I took my car back and drove down the street to mountainside collision on industrial. They took my car in and had the damage left by car star fixed and went over and above to help me correct some of the minor issues I wasnt happy with for an extremely reasonable rate. In the end i should have gone straight there from the beginning. Mike and Chris get zero stars and Tim and russ get 2 stars for not being pushovers for their boss. One star average hahaha Best of luck to anyone dealing with them currently.

Extremely professional. Very polite, excellent customer service. Did an amazing job on my car and I'm very picky. They are also very helpful if you need a free quote to assess any damage. Can't enough good things about them. Thank you, CarStar!

I've been bringing our company cars and my own personal vehicle to Mike and his team for a few years now for insurance and non-insurance work. I've never had a bad experience and their great workmanship and high level of customer service keeps brining me back. The shop is easy to locate, they have plenty of free parking and always keep me informed with the progress of our vehicles. They are my first and only choice for body repair in the Burlington area.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from this place. The main guy who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, positive and able to take care of all my needs. Would return any time I need car repairs.
