I walked into Griffins to inquire if they can test to verify if jewelry was sterling silver. Without any warmth or friendliness, the female employees turns & looks me over head to toe and coldly replies 'No'. There was no kindness or prompting to look into my question further. No excellent customer service, just an off the cuff comment 'we send out to test for a FEE'. The way she said it and as she surveyed me...was like an assumption I couldn't afford the cost. It was clear the employee truly needs a lesson in customer service. Maybe inquire further, ask questions, watch how you interact with a potential customer. Do you exude warmth and an eager to help? Sadly, the experience validated my gut intuition & its no wonder the store was void of customers.This store is not the place to go for any of your jewelry needs. I hoped to shop local, my first and last time to Griffins Burlington Mall.
Sales representative Bryanna is an absolute Angel I wish she was there more often then the ones who are there the most as she significantly displays honesty, professionalism, and integrity. I hope the company values her and rest assured I’ll be back if she is ?
Had to give it one star just so I can write a review. Tried to put a layaway for a couple rings for my new girl ran into some money issues and some miscommunication on their part, losing information of ring sizes, causing my A good experience to be a hard. Although I was procrastinating on the six months Layaway plan due to financial changes and when came to the end, they were very rude although I wasn’t an easy customer due to my financial challenges. The manager basically told me tough and I will be losing my $150 deposit Without any compromising of any sort, she was really rude and so was the lady I talked to prior to her. I assume they had a conversation about me. It was not easy and made for a hard experience and I could not bring myself to go to the store or relate my happy experience on Christmas with these people so I went somewhere else and got the ring And the experience that I was looking for. I was not happy with the customer service and it cost me $150 so be warned. I will not return.

Ji and her team are very helpful and they went out of their way to repair my necklace, at no charge even though it had not been purchased at their store. Extremely happy with their service and their jewelry and their knowledge.

The staff and service at Griffin in Burlington Centre were fantastic. Judy was exceptionally fabulous with helping us pick out a beautiful ring for my birthday. No pressure, tons of laughs and an overall wonderful experience. We will be back.
