Had a great experience with Luxe! My boyfriend bought my beautiful engagement ring there with Sonalis help and guidance. He said they made it really easy and had good choices at reasonable prices. I love my ring, and Luxe was very accommodating and resized it twice for no charge. They have excellent customer service, and worked so fast! I needed my ring back quickly and they were able to resize and have it back to me in a couple of days. Highly recommend !
Sonali and her team did an amazing job helping my fianc to pick an engagement ring. I was absolutely blown away by how incredible my ring looks. Sonali was professional, honest, patient and extremely kind and approachable for all of the inquiries we had about warranty, sizing, etc. They were able to resize my engagement ring in three days which was incredible. We will definitely be going back to Luxe to get both of our wedding bands! I don't do many reviews, but the service Sonali and her team provided us was extraordinary and I would recommend Luxe to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

I gave her a tight deadline and she exceeded it by having the ring in my hand before then. Even though I wouldnt mind paying more for the service I received, the prices were competitive.
