Amazing customer service! I was looking for a colour for my bedroom and staff were able to give me recommendations based on the size of my room, lighting, and wooden floors. I also learned how to compare colours on the wall properly. The recommendations were very helpful and tailored to my preferences. I would definitely recommend this store if you need help selecting a colour.
Stopped by Benjamin Moore today, as my son was looking for specialty paint for a terrarium build. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help my son find the right paint for his project. Really appreciate the staff going the extra mile!
The customer service here was outstanding. I needed help matching a paint colour for a small patch on my garage door, and they provided excellent consultation. They created an exact match to the existing colour, even for such a small job. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail.

These guys offer fantastic service. Everyone know Benjamin Moore is great paint, but that doesn’t necessarily pair with owners and staff that know what they’re talking about or with genuinely warm interaction with customers. These guys do it all, and exceptionally well! Rare in today’s world.
My wife called and asked for trim paint, we picked it up curbside and didn't inspect it before it was received. When we got it home we realized they gave us the wrong sheen! When we asked to exchange the paint because they provided the wrong sheen they said they do not accept returns of tinted paint. More importantly the person on the phone was rude about it! So now we are out $150 on two cans of paint that we didn't ask for! Brutal customer service.
