I use to go to a different paint store in Burlington for years. Then saw a paint special at the Dulux paint store on Appleby Line in the Millcroft Plaza. Not expecting much, I decided to go check it out. I was immediately greeted by the amazing staff to assist and help with what my project was all about. Both were super helpful. Picking fence stain is not my specialty but after speaking with Brandon the manager, I have more knowledge on which oil paint and colour would work best, I mean have you seen those tiny samples? It’s impossible for me to visualize on a larger scale. (Now I feel I could almost work there). lol Waiting area has a nice high top table with complimentary snacks, tea, coffee etc. Great experience from walking in to them even carrying my purchases to my car. Class act!!!! New paint store for this girl. Perfect timing. A lot of spring/summer projects ahead.
Went into Dulux to buy paint this weekend to finish my basement and was served by the employee Nikolas. Nikolas was extremely professional and answered all of my questions confidently. The paint and primer was excellent and got the job done. Definitely going to be returning whenever I need paint again and look forward to talking with Nikolas the next time I see him working here

All locations are full of knowledgeable, friendly paint specialists. I can’t tell you how many different Dulux’s I’ve been into and they very much the same when it comes to their employees.
I came to Dulux not knowing that the paint colour I needed was actually made by a different company. Brandon was very honest and recommended that I buy the paint from the original manufacturer even though they're his competition. I really appreciated the honesty! Thanks Brandon!
