Best customer service. Owner, every staff i have met here last 10 years are super helpful. They've helped me pick the right colours for the room paint I need (bc I'm so indecisive). Very informative and knowledgeable staff. They've colour matched my existing wall painst too. Wonderful staff, I'll be coming here for my every paint.

Wow - just amazing customer service. I found Colour Coders when I was in Burlington for lunch. The store is very well stocked, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Gurpreet suggested some potential paint colours and talked about their stain matching service. We were back today to purchase paint and the process was easy and quick. Honestly much better service than the BM dealer in Oakville on Speers. Colour Coders is our new paint supplier. Absolutely excellent service. They also have a lovely and well curated selection of interior design items for sale.

Awesome BM store at appleby and Fairview. I could not have completed my wall ceiling and trim selection without Jazz. She is so knowledgeable and simply amazing. Thanks a million.

Wonderful service, they connected me with a colour consultant (Lynn) who was an incredible help with a house visit. I was about to choose all wrong.:) Great family business, highly recommend!

Charlotte was a huge help with matching the colours with our accent wall, she even tinted our paint and worked with us even after they were supposed to close. Great store with a fabulous team! Thanks!!

Spectacular Service! We have been using Benjamin Moore products for over 50 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the product is superb. As to Neo Paint - the service is also superb. We’ve been buying paint there for a couple of years. What big box store can you call and ask to have your paint ready when you walk in the door and then offer to deliver it to your house if you’d be late for the train? None. The big box wouldn’t even take your call. Professional and personal service. Absolutely 5-Star!

Went here recently to get paint and primer to cover a dark wooded surface. I was looking for the most suitable paint and advice on the best process to avoid paint chipping. I brought a sample in as a referrence. The lady was very nice and helpful - she really sounded like she knew her stuff and the other workers there asserted that she has many years experience and knows her stuff. I took her advice and followed it thoroughly. After a few days and many hours of application and drying of the primer and top coat I took my fingernail and lightly rubbed it across the surface..... all the paint came off with ease - right down to the original surface. I took the samples back in and showed the lady and she was puzzled. Her final conclusion was that the original surface must have been sealed with an industrial grade that kept it from adhering (this was dead wrong btw). On the lighter note she was nice enough to offer me a replacement primer (different brand) but said she didn't offer this primer in the first place because the paint has to be applied within a few hours or else the top coat will repel. I took the new primer and a deglosser (which someone else recommended elsewhere) and started over again. Upon applying the new primer I called the store and asked for the lady to clarify how many hours I needed to wait between the primer and topcoat. She was away and a different lady answered the phone. Her response was "go by what the other lady said because she knows what she is talking about." I repeated myself saying "yes, but I just need to know how long to wait... I think she said 4 hours but don't know for sure". Her response was "yes just go by what she said, if she said 4 hours... go with 4 hours". I had to tell her a third time that the issue is that I don't remember what she said. Again, she said the saaaaammmme thing..."yes I understand, she is experienced, just go with whatever she said". I was dumbfounded by the disconnect. Just a simple response of "I don't know" or perhaps when she may be due back at work to answer my question would have been suffice. I ended up leaving the new primer on for days anyway... and discovered the hours between coats was nonsense - The paint never repelled or anything. I also found the flocked roller I used (which she recommended) was leaving blotches. I went to the dollar store and got a plain foam one and it worked 150x better. In hindsight I kind of blame myself for depending on a paint sales rep for advice. Again she was very nice and I believe she was truly trying to help, and I'm sure she offers a lot of good input on certain jobs. But my guess is a technician who has been out in the field for many years probably knows more (from experience) than someone who has been selling the products in the store. I won't be fooled again by someone else's assertiveness.
