Was not greeted upon entry or asked if I needed help. I spent about 20 minutes there looking at/for paint chits. I love their paint colour options, but not impressed with the customer service.

The service for me was very good as I took in a half can of paint thinking all it needed was a shake on the machine ,but the can was from 2016 and the assistant was very nice about it and I bought a new one.Very happy with my paint colour, thank you

The staff was great and very helpful, I needed a specific colour and they went above what is expected to help me out. This is the only place I'll buy paint from now on.

I love the Sherwin Williams paint and the staff is always so helpful and friendly whenever I visit the store. They have helped me in colour selection, paint selections as well and any inquiry I may have. Love when the paint goes on sale. Always get another room painted when that happens

Unpleasant sales girls..made 100 bucks mistake in my bill and just missed to offer the 30% discount on part of bill which was offered on the rest of the bill..after carefully looking at my bill i found the error they corrected and refunded money but zero apology and attitude as if they are doing favour by doing correction. i am not returning there or not referring anyone...

Very knowledgable staff and consistent quality products. Popular with trades so you know they'll have the right accessories and supplies for your job. Make sure you inquire about the discount card. Paints are far superior to that found at Home Depot.
