Our dog(Toby,2 year old havachon) loves going there and they treat him like he was their own. Never been disappointed with their service,and we have referred others to Linda - and they are all fully satisfied too. We have no problems giving 5 stars - 1st class groomers. Just wish I had hair so I could get it cut there too!
If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I was a newer client and initially had a great experience with Lynda and her team. However, that quickly changed when there was a miscommunication on the business's end. Not only was I spoken to by Lynda in an unfair, rude, and condescending manner, but I was also told multiple times that the interactions I had (being emails to reschedule my appointment) didn’t happen, although I had the emails to prove I wasn’t making up the scenarios. Lynda continued to argue that they don't reschedule over email and wouldn't admit fault even after emails were sent proving my interactions had occurred. She became incredibly argumentative with me, and truly, it was a mistake made by staff, who likely needed additional training. I hate to think of how she might have treated the staff member(s) who made the error, based on how she treated me. I was then abruptly asked if I would be taking my dog in for the appointment I had not confirmed. When I explained I was out of town, I was told that now her staff wouldn’t be paid due to my (their) error. I’ve worked in Customer Service for decades, and was utterly taken aback by the lack of care, gaslighting and comments meant to shame me, for a mistake the business made when booking my dog for a grooming appointment. I’ve since found an alternative groomer in the area and am very happy with their exceptional approach to customer service and my pooch's experience. I highly encourage folks to consider this when booking services with Lynda.
I needed to find a groomer for my 2 year old Golden Retriever Mason so I decided to call BeautyNthe Beast and let me tell you I was so happy and excited when it came time to pick him up. Lynda and staff did a fantastic job on him and my husband and I couldn't believe that he looked so good. The staff loved Mason and he loved everyone there. Will definitely be bringing him back for his hair cuts

My Great Pyrenees always comes back from Beauty N the Beast smelling incredible, looking white as snow, and ready to jump straight back into digging our backyard. This is the one place I've found that doesn't penalize large breeds with astronomical costs, but are actually happy to groom them and are fairly priced. Shandy always does an incredible job with Dakota and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.
We just had our golden groomed at beauty and the beast for the first time. He was shedding and terribly matted. I can’t say enough about Linda and her team . They are knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Our dog received the best groom ever and we were given great advice. Prices are very fair, especially for the scope of work . Highly recommend this groomer.
I searched high and low for a groomer that I could trust. I will not leave our pup with anyone else but Lynda. I am actually quite jealous of the pampering that goes on with these pups!! Lynda is fantastic...she listens and gives great advice!! Look no further!!!
