From the very first appointment, I felt completely at peace leaving my dog in her care and that feeling has only grown stronger over time. Natalia works 1:1 with each dog. It’s never a chaotic environment and it’s just calm, focused attention where your pup is truly cared for. Her grooming space is absolutely beautiful surrounded by big, clear windows that look out onto a peaceful backyard. Every time I pick him up, he looks so handsome and happy! You can tell Natalia puts real love and attention into every detail. I never feel nervous dropping him off and as a first time dog parent, that kind of peace of mind is priceless. I will only ever have good things to say about Natalia. She’s talented, trustworthy, and genuinely kind. If you’re lucky enough to book with her, your dog is in the best hands possible!
We have taken our small dog there several times. He has come back every time clean, nicely groomed and happy! We had tried other groomers but he was quite skittish. At Trimming tails he has no issues! We would recommend to anyone looking for a great groomer who cares about their clients.

We have been taking our two dogs to Trimming Tails for some time now, and could not be happier! They are very consistent and have always done a wonderful job grooming our two dogs. Natalia is the very best groomer. Our 85lb yellow Labrador is a big chicken and her gentle demeanour puts him at ease throughout the entire process. She is a master at her craft and Oscar comes home looking and smelling so beautiful. Won’t go to any other groomer as her skill cannot be matched!
