My sweet Bella has always been a bit of a handful when it comes to grooming. Over the years I’ve been told more than once that she’s “difficult” to work with, which always left me feeling nervous about taking her anywhere new. Then we found Makayla at The Grooming Pearl, and what a difference it has made! From the very first appointment, Makayla treated Bella with so much patience and understanding. She somehow brings out the best in Bella and always sends her home looking absolutely gorgeous. What I love most is how knowledgeable Makayla is—she explains things in a way that makes me feel comfortable and reassured, like Bella is in the best hands possible. The salon itself is adorable and welcoming, and everyone there is so kind and genuine. You can tell they truly care about every pet that walks through their doors. Finding a groomer you can really trust is such a gift, and I feel so lucky to have Makayla for Bella. We couldn’t be happier!
I never see the owner anymore and the entrance area is very built up with dirt; baseboards, window sill have dead bugs. There is a clump of dog hair stuck on the wall by the chair. I am there quite a bit as we have three dogs and notice that it has not been cleaned in a long time. I have also had several booking errors.
I messaged them on instagram to book a grooming for my two Pomeranians, and luckily they had an opening the next week. If you're a dog owner, you know how hard that can be… Some places have months long waits so I was really happy they could take them so soon. When I picked them up, my dogs were happy and the groomer said they did great. One is a recent rescue, so I really appreciated how well they were treated. Their haircuts look perfect too, and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
We brought Rio, our 5 months poochon (poodle x bichon) puppy to the Grooming Pearl for his first ever puppy intro groom, and we loved the result! Even though it wasn't a full groom, he looks great. Can't wait to bring him here again soon for a full groom. The photos before and after the grooming.
Went here for the first time the other day to get two mats removed from behind my puppy's ears. A really great job was done, especially for such a tricky spot, and for a very reasonable price. Great care was also taken with my very nervous Pomeranian. Will be back!
These amazing groomers do such a nice job on my doodle. They are definitely a step up in skill to most grooming places I have tried and will never go anywhere else again!
My puppy went in for his first groom today! He has never looked better! Fantastic job, clean lines, beautifully short, he smells incredible, and his doodle style face, just looks beyond perfect! I honestly could not be happier with my experience Today! The team went far above and beyond with my pup and my service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I cannot wait to take him back! Thank you so much for taking so much time, and such wonderful care of my puppy!
