Let me preface this by saying I haven't actually taken my dog here. HOWEVER I called looking for a groomer, as I didn't jive with the one I tried for my young bouvier. Immediately they let me know they no longer take large breed dogs, but with no prompting gave me solid advice as well as a couple recommendations on groomers to check out! I was floored by the friendliness and service and only wish we could have seen the wonderful grooming work!
I wasn't able to bring in my pup due to the restrictions in place by covid 19, but was given lots of information on how to properly take care of my pup. I was quite worried about having to clip my own dogs claws but was informed my vet would do it which I was completely unaware of being my 1st dog I've ever owned. My pup also has some skin issues, and was informed on a proper shampoo to use on my fur baby. In all honesty I doubt many other people would take the time out of their day to give free information to the extent I got.
