Always a great experience with great, caring, inviting staff. Crysta, the in house groomer is the ABSOLUTE BEST and has so much patience. She really seems to love her job and my dog eagerly goes with her without any hesitation.

My mini golden doodle looks super cute after his bath and haircut . Wasn’t satisfied with other groomers in the area . But they did justice to his cuteness :) thankyou and we are returning for sure
This place is absolutely amazing! The groomers are not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and caring. From the moment we walked in, I felt reassured that my dog was in the best hands. After having some heartbreaking experiences with grooming in the past, I was desperately searching for a place that not only delivered great cuts but also treated my fur baby with kindness and patience. This place did exactly that! My dog looked fantastic and, most importantly, was happy and comfortable throughout. I highly recommend them—if I could give 10 stars, I would!
Krista the Groomer at Otis and Allen is incredible—Oscar always looks perfect after his groom! Rick and the family create such a warm and welcoming environment, making both dogs and their families feel right at home. They truly go above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Oscar! Highly recommend!
Otis and Allen Grooming was highly recommended to me by a dear friend and now I know why. I took my 11 year old Yorkie there today and had an amazing experience. 5 star. From my first call to Rick making my appointment to entering the store to the most warmest friendly welcome ending with the best groom I’ve ever received.
