Always straight forward with the lion cut (which most groomers dont do) Today I was scheduled for when they opened... as we're a bunch of other people (cats and dogs). They efficiently got everyone where they needed to be while still keeping it a calm environment. And everytime I go, I want to take home their affectionate ragdoll cat.
I've been taking my cat Turk to Stephanie's since it opened. Their service is great, and they have been amazing with her. I highly recommend them for your pet.
Stephanie is amazing. First class job in grooming my dog Jax. He always looks so handsome and smells lovely after his visit to Stephanie’s. I anlso take him in between grooms to get his nails clipped. Very reasonable. All the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend if your pet needs grooming.
Update: After coming for over a year with my two dogs, its disappointing to see that they no longer need my business. Several calls, messages go unanswered (two weeks now). If they run their business based on me asking for a correction (head was lopsided, tail) which I was very reasonable and kind about as everyone makes mistakes, then its absolutely for the best. She was a great Groomer though.
I have had a 5 star review for this place listed here for the past 6 years but I’ve had to change it because I cannot believe how bad this groomer has become. It used to be a very personalized experience where they would take great care of my dog but lately she’s come home bleeding and terrified I will never put her through that again. She had a groom booked and it was scheduled as 2.5 hours to bathe her but they didn’t even start until 2 hours into that 2.5 hour appointment so my senior dog was sitting there terrified. I just got her home and she’s still not acting like herself I feel like a terrible pet parent. They clearly have gotten too big too fast and have done a terrible job of keeping up the quality they had before I feel so awful that I put my dog in that position. The store is messy, stinks, and the front desk workers have the attitude of those mean girls from high school and clearly they never grew up. My dog has little warts like many senior dogs do and they sent her home bleeding and covered in open cuts because they just took the trimmers to her body with not a care in the world even though I pointed it out to them to let them know. All that cruelty for my little lady and then a $90 bill on a 20lb dog I can’t. TL:DR go somewhere else literally anywhere else honestly at this point
I have never met a groomer who is both artistic and so compassionate about what she does. My pup is both beautiful and happy when we leave. Than you for being the professional you are.
