This pharmacy is the epitomy of medical care. How in the world I didn't know they were here is beyond me. Obi knocks the ball out of the park with one of the kindest, specific and exemplary care I have EVER seen in my time using pharmacists. I am impressed by the simplicity with which Obi and her team take care of my and my families needs. Thank you, OBI. I would absolutely recommend Pharmasave Aldershot.
This is my new pharmacy - the staff here are so nice and so helpful. They were able to fill my wife’s prescription when others were not, and even spent the extra time to troubleshoot the medical plan info I had from my provider that was not working at other pharmacies. I will be going here for all of my prescription needs going forward. 5/5.
i resent writing negative reviews but based on the fact that this is related to healthcare and a pandemic i feel like this needs to be considered. tldr: please do not go for covid tests here if you want a result that is reliable, between the chaos and nonexistent nasal swab depth i do not trust a negative result from this place and i wouldn’t want to anyway since the staff member i dealt with was super aggressive this pharmacy was the only one with same-day covid test availability yesterday since i met only specific criteria and that should’ve been a red flag considering every other one was booked til at least tuesday. i called and was screened by a gentleman who was kind - the only reason for the extra star - and was told to come at any time, knock on the third door at the back, they’d come out. i make it and there’s a car waiting, i knock. and knock. i call and knock. call again and after ~10 minutes, make it through to a very rude woman who said she knows we’re there, and what’s my name? i tell her and she says “you don’t have an appointment,” i told her i was told to come any time and she said “that’s not how we do it here. just wait.” after another 20+ minutes she finally comes out, and then…..disappears with the back door still open? before finally coming back another 10 minutes later. she doesn’t know who’s test is for who, i don’t get to see my collection kit to confirm my spelling/health card details. i get my test andddd it barely goes up my nostril. if i have covid it sure as hell isn’t showing up on that test, and i can’t book another test until these results are back. i’m not given any info on where to collect results and when i ask she speaks away from me, 6 feet away, huddled into herself to make the bags, around wind and running cars. she got super aggressive when i ask her to please speak up. this should not have been such a distressing experience and i truly don’t think this person has the ability to be working in the healthcare field, let alone any customer facing field.
The pharmacist is lovely. Very friendly and warm. It was a really wonderful change from the cold, impersonal service I have received in the past from a big box pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I just noticed this now, and idky I didn't notice this before when I was there but. Do you realize that the lady there that was giving out the Vaccines was not wearing gloves? I mean... safety means wearing gloves am i right? Or no? Can you please ensure these staff wear gloves next time they are administrating vaccines to people? Thanks!
