Bought a used Audi A4 from them and was thoroughly impressed with not just the price of the car at its quality (and I even went to a mechanic to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car because it was that good of a deal), but more importantly with their service. I just got an 2016 Audi from this place recently. There was some minor scratches on the car and windshield. Owner offered to touch up on the scratches, replace windshield, replace the tires and clean the car thoroughly. It looked like a new car when I picked it up. Very pleasant experience!
I didn't like the atmosphere. Very different and not for me. You responded by suggesting you didn't recall who I was. I think that confirms my comments. You don't show you care much about the person and more about the sale. I hope you get better at developing a comfortable sales experience. Best of luck.

I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from here. The sales rep Mohamed took care of everything for me. They delivered the car with everything they promised fixed. They went above and beyond fixing things not covered under the safety inspection. They're also a detailing shop and their work showed when I got my car. It was cleaned quite well, especially the engine and interior which can be a nuisance to clean as an owner. I was also impressed with the vehicles Assurance Auto Sales had for sale. Their stock is in good shape and clean, much better than what I saw at other dealers when shopping.
