Great experience with the whole team!! Processing things sometimes took a long time, but they honor any defects they miss when purchasing a used vehicle! Found a very small chip in my windshield the day after and they offered to fix it immediately. Saved me a $300 deductible. Overall a great experience thanks guys!
If I could gove no stars or negative stars I would. Stay away from this dealership. The lack of communication is horrible. Im calling and texting them for updates and I either get no response or "we will let you know" amd I hear nothing for days on end. Worse service ive ever experience. I will not be doing business with this "dealership" and definitely not recommending them.
No star review, buyer beware!! Empty promises and unreliable sales associate. Delivery of the car was delayed because they found a mechanical issue after a safety was completed, only to have to replace the part that delayed the delivery in the first place. As expected, they've ghosted us. Lets hop that google doesn't allow them to delete this review because others need to be warned about purchasing a vehicle with this group.
came here looking for a used car for my daughter, Shareef was helpful and took care of us the 2 times we came looking at the car. we finally chose to purchase the car, so i came back with my mechanic to look over the car and found that it was deemed unfit and problematic. Shareef rightt away was nice enough to refund my deposit and cancel the contract. Ralph the manager was also understanding and apologetic to the matter. thank you both.
