Steve was extremely helpful and professional when we had to sell a car for a friend. She is a senior and he was very patient and kind. He helped her through the process and by no means took advantage of her as he answered all her questions. Everyone walked away happy.

I am beyond impressed with the service I recieved buying my Honda Fit here. The staff went above and beyond to get this car ready for me, and even met me in Guelph the following day to deliver a hub cap that had been missing. The work included in the $500 certification fee would have cost much more had it been done at a different shop. The staff explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Integrity is important here, and it was apparent various times throughout the process of me buying this car.
