A top of the line car buying experience! In an industry characterized by mistrust, these guys really went above and beyond. I was hesitant to purchase a car from an out-of-town dealership, but Marcus & Devin were honest and customer-focused. They gave me a realistic trade estimate, did a video walk-through, answered all of my questions, delivered the car to me (5 hours away), and picked up my trade! After delivery Marcus spent time with me walking through all of the car's features virtually, and arranged to correct a minor tire pressure fault for me in my city. I cannot recommend them enough. I have never in my life experienced a more honest and caring staff at a car dealership. They were honest and on point the first day I walked in. Within two days they specifically brought in a vehicle I was wanting. The service of the transfer of vehicles was easy and quick. Most importantly the outstanding service after I got the vehicle was incredible. You would think after a dealership got their money they would be done with you. Not them, they completed a few minor issues with no hassle at all not to mention they went above and beyond and brought the vehicle back to me because I got injured.
