Adam and Jake are amazing.. great customer service and quality service with great prices. The nicest guys and their shop is wonderful, clean and well maintained. Can’t say enough about these guys! My SUV needed a lot of work and they went above and beyond to help me.
I’m so thankful to Adam at Burlington Auto Works, I called in a time of need for a simple but important repair to my muffler, he took great care of my car and made the repair in time for me to get home at the end of the workday. I was overwhelmed and he was calm, helpful and respectful. 10/10 would recommend!
They provided a detailed analysis of the car that needs replacement, which was good—most auto shops don’t. I had my car serviced for front rotors, rear rotors, control arms, and tire change. They did a good job. But the bill included a charge for the tire swap. They should have included the tire swap at no extra cost, since the tires are removed anyway for the rotor replacement. Canadian Tire usually does this for free.
These guys are absolute gems. Their advice and direction saved us a ton of money and more importantly, their technical ability & professional approach gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend!
We own a few German Cars in our family and we found that Adam at BAW gives us professional service and repair that works....he gets it right...the first time around. Why go to a dealership if you don't have to. The work they do at BAW is first rate and at a fair price.
