First time coming to this auto shop and it was such a pleasant experience, even from the phone communication! Dan accommodated a last minute battery replacement and the price was very reasonable! Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future services.
I paid for an alignment in November and wasn’t given the paperwork to show the before and after for my maintenance records (and proof that the alignment was done) because they said their printer was broken and they would email me the records. It’s been 2 months and I have contacted them consistently to get the records and still have not received them. Never going to this place again
Our SUV was hit while I was shopping - I contacted Dan to see what he thought in terms of repair costs. Not only did Dan fit us in quickly, he made the car look like new. We have been taking our vehicles to future trends for close to 9 years. Dan and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and we always receive excellent customer service! Had a coolant leak and these guys took care of it. Had a little bit of a hiccup at the end but the owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue during off-hours. Great shop, great team, would recommend them to anyone.
Have been going here for over 5 years but have to move to another place, just way too far in advance booked. Way too busy of a place now. If my car were to breakdown, I cant get in for another two-three weeks unless there is a random cancellation. Kinda upsetting but really stoked for Josh and the crew to be busy!
Dan's team is great went in for an oil change was out in less then 30 mins. At my dealership I would be there for hours. Not to mention at the dealership they would have found a bunch of "other" things that need doing. I will be back. Great work Dan and team.
