This auto shop has become the only one that I'll trust with my car. A firm believer in long term business relationships, they do not overcharge or oversell services or repairs. They are also incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. As a woman, finding a shop can be difficult and anxiety inducing, but I find myself feeling very safe doing business here. They have done both minor and major repairs to my car, and not once have they tried to sell me something that wasn't needed. In fact, they have told me flat out when other shops were over quoting me for work that doesn't need to be done and/or when the service could be done for cheaper. I'm really thankful for this shop and 1000% recommend taking your car here.
Excellent customer service and honest feedback on the car. communication is clear and they take pride in doing a great job. Highly recommend. They treat my Lexus as if they own it.
Can’t complain about the service but the price was double what I paid last year to put the snow tires on my wife’s mini. They were already on wheels so about 20 minutes worth of work for $92 tax in. Last year I paid $45
Great service and great guys! RS Auto switches out my tires every winter and stores them for me, so I don't have to. I've even had my brakes replaced here and couldn't be happier with the service!
Originally took my Mercedes CLK here to get the wheels aligned, turned out it has a bent rim and a cracked rim which caused the vehicle to pull right. When I came to pick up the car I was informed of this information and they even put the car up on the lift to show me how significant the crack was. Have been back since to put new wheels on and get the oil changed. Amazing service and very fair pricing - my new go-to shop, will be back soon!
First time we took our car there for repairs. Thought it was the muffler but, it was something else. They were very honest and called to advise the costs. Had it all fixed by noon that day! Will definitely do business with them again! Thank you RC :)
RS Auto is the BEST MECHANIC SHOP in Burlington! No one comes even close to what Ron and his team provides for his customers. After discovering Ron a couple of years ago (all started with a flat tire), I've ALWAYS been back for my car issues and Ron has always been there.
