Initially, I was really happy with the service. I came in to get my tires changed for winter and everything seemed fine — no complaints at all. When I got home, I realized they forgot to give me back my Lexus wheel lock. I wasn’t even upset at first because mistakes happen, especially on busy days. What truly disappointed me was the lack of communication afterward. I reached out multiple times over several days, simply asking if they could check with the mechanic. My messages were left on read, and no one responded or acknowledged the issue. Because they misplaced my wheel lock, I now have to buy a new one — so the cheaper tire-change price doesn’t mean much in the end. I’ve had this car for almost 10 years, and no other shop has ever misplaced a part. What’s most upsetting is not even receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I called Smart Choice at the last minute for an urgent problem with my brakes. The woman working the phone/front desk was lovely and told me to come in. They fixed my car on the spot, despite not having an appointment, and it was past opening hours. The gentleman who stayed late to fix my car was kind and transparent about the work that needed to be done. Prices were very fair as well. Can’t thank them enough, highly recommend!
Mehdi was helpful and accomodating to us when we ask for his help to fix our rear wiper. We will difinitely come back for any types of services at Smart choice Auto repair.

Mehdi and his team worked very hard to get my window fixed efficiently, and re-fitted my glovebox in the same trip at no extra cost, which wasn't even the main procedure! Would absolutely recommend Smart Choice to anyone looking for work on their vehicle.
Don’t trust on them Iam giving One ⭐️ they don’t fix my Mercedes Benz parked there for 2 weeks I think you forgot me I parked my Mercedes at shop and I explain everything to mehdy because you guys did the safety right and Mehdy told me he will do it but he go for vacation in mexico and when he back he told me he will order the parts for me but I didn’t get any response back from your shop
