He’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to explain everything in simple terms. The service was quick, the price was fair, and I left feeling confident that my car is in great shape. Excellent Service! We had two cars serviced for new tires and safety inspection. Mike is knowledgeable in the car business, prompt and services was fast and reasonable priced! Highly Recommended! We will be back for regular oil change. I’m so excited to drive my car on the new tires :)))
Very happy with the service I received at Burlington Automotive Service. Jackie and Terry were very friendly and professional. Their mechanics were very honest. I thought I had an oil leak because I was seeing a puddle in the driveway. They thoroughly checked, didn't find a leak, and did not charge me.
On my way home to Ottawa, my alternator died while I was driving on the highway. I was really frazzled and freaked out and the people at Burlington Auto Service were wonderful and able to take me right away. They were very knowledgeable and kind and got me back on the road quickly- I can't recommend them enough! Thank you again!
