I brought my vehicle into service for an oil change and tire rotation. I was reminded by text about the upcoming appointment a couple days before which was good. The staff was as always polite and courteous and my vehicle was serviced while I waited. Fluids were topped up and vehicle washed and a service check list was left for me to view and that’s why I return to Discovery Ford.
Very disappointed in there commercial service department. Found issues with my van I purchased sales manager said e erything would be taken care off. Dropped it off for them to have for 3 days. Picked it up to only be told they did nothing amd parts would be in, in a few days. Never heard from them since. And well it's been a while now.....
Amy at the Service Desk was so kind and helpful with updating me on everything happening with my car and how long it would be, including all the options I had moving forward once they found out the issue. I really appreciate her accommodations and the work the techs did!!
Pretty happy with recent repairs to my front suspension. Problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed within two days. My service advisor Rick was friendly and professional.
Have used them for years, always great service at reasonable prices, genuine Ford parts. One call when my sunroof broke not under warranty and they had me in immediately and got it covered up so the truck didn't get wet. While I waited to have it repaired.
