We had exceptional customer service and assistance from Red Line Automotive Sales & Service. Our van broke down entirely on the way to St Catharines... we were traveling to a visitation sadly and were not able to make it but really needed the van for traveling for the funeral the following day. Rich went out of his way to meet the tow truck at his shop, and worked on our van early the next morning so that we could get to the funeral on time. The job was not an easy one and yet he completed it fully in a very tight time frame. We not only appreciate the work and quick turn around but also the compassion offered for our situation and helping us out at a challenging time. We would highly recommend Red Line as a great mechanic shop with exceptional customer service! Thank you so much!
