Be aware they advertise something and don’t know how to sell it very incompetent workers, I was able to get the same offer that they advertised and said is not available at other location. Thing about the cellphone plans and phone upgrade is that you have to make sure everything is done properly, you forget to select one offer or put in code and customer end up paying more because they forgot to add the code. Shop somewhere else.

Best customer service I have ever received! Cole "the mustache guy" helped me out yesterday in picking up my new phone which I placed the order for online. It was an absolute seamless pickup and Cole was amazing!!!! From the moment I approached the desk, Cole welcomed me with a smile and a friendly hello and asked how he could help me!
