Bought some headphones off of Justin. He was amazing helping me find the perfect headphones for me as I’m super particular. He was kind and super understanding and quick to show me the options. Would heavily recommend this location
I really wish I could give this place a higher rating as my first experience here was fantastic. Dealt with Chris and he has wonderful costumer service skills, although he could have been better at communicating/ reaching out to inform me the product I was waiting on had finally arrived. That would have saved me the grief of calling multiple times and then dealing with an arrogant man named Justin. Because Justin on the other hand lacks all the values of costumer service, common decency and competency. He clearly knows nothing about customer retention and how to just be polite to a "disgruntled customer". An apology goes a long way. Whether or not you personally dealt with me - I was a paying customer and I didn't receive the item that I was charged and waiting 3 WEEKS for When I called the very first time I talked to Justin as well. His attitude is highly recognizable and he handled the situation with the same lack of care. Any competent person would have just apologized, checked the sales records and fix the damn problem But that was way too hard for him To laugh at your customers is actually just embarrassing for you and shows your maturity level. Highly recommend a customer service course for Justin personally. And highly recommend not dealing with the likes of him Ask for Chris instead or literally anybody else. Because if you do have an issue at any point, Justin isn't going to be the guy to solve it for you or be any help at all really. At least Chris knows how to provide somewhat good customer service skills - just make sure you follow up a whole bunch !
I get internet connection from this location but modem is not working properly. I went back to return it. The guy who work their he said I have to call Roger’s and ask for return lebel ok I come back and call rogers they said I have to return to the same location because it’s not 30 days to have this . so we can’t help you either so I go back to store today 11/09/2025 8:30pm he said he cant do anything and he has full of attitude. Now Still struggling to return this thing.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Camilla and how very helpful and patient she was. She was determined to get my wife and I the best possible deal and I came away very happy and can not say enough about her service. She even got us a trade in value for our old phones which would have collected dust or been thrown away! Highly recommended Camilla and TBooth

I always go to the booth for all my phone needs, I always see Camille like give that girl a raise!!! She very helpful and knowledgable about the products and plans! And when I was there the other day I watched with 2 different older costumers offering them patients and understandable info and offer of help anytime! Great costumer service!!!
