At first, I was calling and getting assistance from the customer support through calls and their services was awful then i went to this store at Burlington mall omg i was satisfied by their assistance especially vishnu he was so calm and patient to explain everything to me. He aided me in buying an iPhone and elaborately explained how to transmit from android to iPhone. With his help, it was a piece of cake to use my current phone. The sales representative Vishnu went above and beyond to find me the best plan I was eligible for, which no other rep had offered before. He explained everything clearly, were very professional, and made sure I got the most value for my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with the best Rogers 5G Home Internet package, which turned out to be the fastest and most affordable I’ve ever used. I have NEVER been with Fido. I’ve never had any products or services. Why then am I getting text messages from THIS STORE sending me harassing messages about deals they have going on. Regardless of wether or not this company is affiliated with Roger’s or Bell, it’s enough of an issue getting multiple messages about BS promos from them, and now I’m even getting messages from you guys when you shouldn’t even have my number? Left a voicemail, can’t wait to discuss this unacceptable form of ‘promotion baiting’ with the store manager.
Guy doesn’t know how to separate 2 accounts. Whereas, the customer service specifically told me the person needs to be physically present in order to separate the account. Waste of my time as well as the other person’s. If it is a FIDO booth, all services of FIDO should be available. Stupid!
