Great customer service and helpful. Got the latest 17 pro there and Ryan was helpful walking me through all the plans and best options available. Highly recommended.
Overall bad experience with Vivek. Got a good plan. Promised to deliver the phone in 5 days but had to call multiple times to get the phone days later. Also came to return accessories purchased along with the phone within return window and even after going two times asked me to come a third time and told me they would take off the discount they gave me on the phone. Made me feel bad for coming to return the items. Eventually decided not to return the item to save time and mental peace. Not going here again.
My sister and I came in with our elderly parents today as our mother needed to buys a new cell phone. Both Aman and Angel were incredible!!!! Angel went over and above giving us excellent service:; he was beyond patient, and spent a great deal of time helping our mom. We cannot express enough our gratitude. Thank you!!!!!!
I only needed to buy a SIM card. I was mislead and told in order to buy the SIM card I would need to change from my prepaid plan to a monthly plan in order to activate it. I told Vivek I don’t want to change anything about my current prepaid arrangement. He told me PC mobile does not do that anymore and that I would need to choose a plan that I could change later. I told him to give me back my ID and I left. In my experience cancelling a cell phone plan is not as easy as he wants to make it seem. So I left. Vivek either doesn’t know what he’s selling or he is lying to my face, probably in order to get commission from signing up a new plan. I went to another Mobile shop location and bought a SIM card without any issues. And now I can continue on with my prepaid plan like I wanted. It’s very disappointing to think of how many others have been lied to in order to make a sale
I could not be happier with my experience at this Mobile Shop! Aman not only found the perfect plans for us but was able to get us new phones all for far less than we were paying!! Aman was extremely professional and very helpful!!
Staff member working was friendly, but maybe have more than one person working on a weekend. Waste of 2.5 hours to find out they couldn’t match a deal.
I usually don't post reviews but Saud customer service made me write this time. I was in Fortinos for groceries and just step in to ask about about my plan. Saud not just provided me with the information but helped me select an awesome device and a way better plan. He was very helpful n guided me. Explained me everything in detail. I wish we have more people like Saud who are not always running to get the customers out of the store. Keep up the good work, your company is lucky to have you.
