I've been a Koodo customer for a while. I recently discovered I've been overcharged on my phone bill for 1 and a half years because of a mistake that a store rep made in 2022. Customer service couldn't really help me, so I had to go into the kiosk where I made the purchase. Brian S. from the Burlington Centre kiosk was one of the most helpful sales reps I've ever encountered. He helped fix the problem for me and dealt with Koodo administration to get the charges reversed. I'm still a Koodo customer because of how well he handled it for me.
