I got a new handset on a black friday deal, for which they promised me a Internet +mobility offer, but when contacting Belk, they told me that order is cancelled as the retail agent made a mistake and that they cannot give the internet subsidised offer any more ..Please watch out all those who purchases from this store for later undue surprises.
Howard was the best help i could have asked for . Virgin wasnt trying to help my elderly mothers account with a plan change but i did not want to leave Virgin he then was able to make my plan cheaper and get me a new phone. Go See HOWARD 5STAR :)
Once again I am absolutely blown away by the expertise and amount of effort the people at Wireless Wave go through to help solve your cellphone issues! This time I worked with an awesome Sales Manager named Vo Hieu. When I was turned away from my providers physical store because they 'couldn't do anything for me' I was about to give up, but I saw WirelessWave and figured I would give it a shot since they have always been successful for me in the past; sure enough all my problems were solved again! Honestly, I am going to go straight to WirelessWave next time and just skip everyone else! Thank you WW!
