I went looking for dress shirts. I found several and asked one of the staff members if it was wrinkle-free/no-iron. She said she didn't know. Then she scanned it on her device, and that didn't help her. So she kind of shrugged and said, "It should be fine if you're wearing it around the house". Thanks ... you've been ... zero help.
This is the place to shop for awesome stuff and the quality is amazing all the time. The staff are so friendly and will help you with what you need. The managers have this store running amazing.
Incredible staff!!! From the second I entered the store I was greated by the friendliest faces ever, enormous smiles They helped me find exactly what I needed for work and answered every question. By far was the best experience from a clothing store I have ever experienced. 5 stars hands down ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went into this store and to be honest didn't find the staff very helpful, until a young man named James (I think) helped me for quite a while. It is refreshing to see that great customer service can still be found. Well done and I will certainly return.
Channell was super helpful and friendly and assisted us with finding a product at another store and called to hold it there for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service. All sales staff should aspire to be as helpful and knowledgeable as she was.
Went to the store on December 14 2023 and couldn't find my size jeans. Went to an associate and asked for them to be ordered and delivered. The clerk checked and said the jeans weren't available anywhere and they couldn't be ordered. I left, went on-line and found the jeans at multiple other Mark's locations. Very unhelpful. This store also locks their change rooms and instructs you to find an associate to unlock the door. Try to find an associate! Won't be back.
Not a good experience last couple visits staff seem to be annoyed when asked whereabouts of products although there have been very helpful staff there in the past will still try again there
