Highly recommended! So easy to find what you need here and great customer service. I love Noize jackets, they're so stylish and have a really nice and unique collection. Inclusive sizing. Animal-free is a must for me so I enjoy being able to get whatever here knowing it's all vegan. Everything is super high quality. I'm surprised their jackets don't cost more. Everything I've gotten from them has lasted so long and I get compliments all of the time.
OMG !!!!!! Best shopping experience ever with Karin the Manager. I left with the most fantastic outfits . She put me in a change room and personally choose so many looks for me . The clothes are such a luxurious quality from Spain. My husband didn’t complain one bit and loved my new look. At 50 years old your body changes and having a professional choose clothing that suits your age while giving you a new vibe is the only way i will shop now. I will definitely be back for more.

I never seen that much rude Customer service she is so much rude the old lady and she don’t know how to talk with costumers at all I was want to buy a jacket she was so rude and I just leave the store this is so shame for this company!!!
*This review is not about the physical store, but about the online purchase experience* Got two jackets and had to return because of size. They looked good, but were too big. When I got the replacements, one of them was not the same quality as the others. It was dirty, there were seams coming off, the faux fur looked awful. I contacted customer support and got a return label, and even though they received the product, I haven’t got a refund or a new product in return. Customer support is ineffective, and seems to be ignoring my emails at this points. From what I see, they only take action when you comment on their instagram posts. Don’t buy from this brand. It is not worth the headache. Update: Left a comment on an Instagram post and was able to get a full refund for my order. The team managing their instagram was very helpful and quick to respond.
Environmentally conscious and cruelty-free clothing that is very much functional, well design and well made. Attention to detail like lined pockets to keep hands extra warm are the reason I keep coming back to buy their clothing. Have been lucky to find great sales and the salespeople are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the company and this location.
The reason for reviewing 1 star is because the manager there is a rude person and has next to nothing of knowledge about customer service she is an arrogant old lady who feels she owns the store, other than her being the only thing ruining that store. the jackets are great so i do recommend buying online but not at this store Al thought the other associates are nice too bad they have such a grinch of a manager.
