Staff here are extremely pushy and I don’t feel comfortable shopping here and doing my own thing. I understand you guys might be commission base pay but there is no reason to be hounding me if I pick up a skirt to just look at it. I will never be returning. Avoid if you’re trying to have a calm shopping experience
I went to this location yesterday and thought they had beautiful clothes. One thing that I didn’t like is that there was an older woman with black hair walking around constantly saying that she wasn’t supposed to work today. As a customer I heard her repeat it to her coworker at least 3 times and was rude to her coworker. The way she was ordering the other staff member around in front of me as a customer wasn’t right. She didn’t even smile or greet any customers. I really hope this isn’t the manger of the store, awful.
Clothing aside, I just want to give a huge thank you to Lillian. I don’t love shopping for myself and she swooped in to basically be my personal shopper. I have never found so many things I like in one day and she was so kind to me. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable!
Had such a great experience today! I came in looking for a dress to wear to an engagement party this weekend and Brianna was so friendly and helpful. I was shopping alone and she made me feel very comfortable and gave me her honest opinions, which I really appreciated. Thanks to her I ended up finding a dress I love!
Horrible experience at this location. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. I tried to return 2 items within the return period where one had a slightly frayed tag (still attached) and was like this when I bought it and they blamed me for the tear and they wouldn't accept the return. Other item was not damaged at all but they found excuses in the seams. Very low quality clothing. Clearly other customers have had the same issue.
I went to shop last minute for a birthday dress at the maple view location & Samantha was so helpful and sweet. I have a hard time shopping in stores and she made the experience so wonderful.
The employees were so wonderful and came up to help me despite having a semi-busy store at the time. Also, loved the clothes here and can’t wait to come again!
