Placed an online order that said it would be ready to pick up at the store within 3 hours. A day later still no confirmation email and it’s impossible to get through to anyone at the store via phone. The online assistance doesn’t help either. Frustrating

I am leaving a 1 star but I wish I could leave a zero. The worker named Jackie and the girl with the eyebrow piercing were discriminating a teenager behind their backs when we could clearly hear and see them. We should be able to shop in this store without being almost harassed in the store due to employees as we are 17 and 12.
I wanted a Roots sweatsuit so bad, as I just pictured myself walking through New York City in a Roots sweatsuit. Who's doing that!?! Much to my chagrin, they were completely cleaned out. Bank run on Roots smh. Everything that caught my eye they only had 4XL or XS remaining. I guess that’s what I get for coming a couple days after Christmas. Right as I was leaving however, I saw this black sweatsuit in the women's section that was SO sick. 2XL hoodie, and L sweats. GOD STEPPED IN! I tried it on, and other than the arms being too short for my orangutan arms, it fit pretty good. I copped. If you ever see someone walking through Midtown Manhattan, smoking a cigar with some transition lense sunglasses on, that's me. WE DID IT! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__
I agree with everyone else's reviews about staff being rude and very unhelpful! Older blondish lady ( possibly manager) was very unhelpful!! Will not shop here now even tho I always have for many years!! Retrain your staff roots to make sure the customer is always happy and gets full satisfaction with their purchase!!!
Well I was very worried I wasn’t able to make a return at this location. But was AMAZED at the customer service level here. My bf bought me a pair of green roots sweatpants with roots across the bum for Christmas. Being a guy he just took them home and wrapped it up. Christmas morning comes I open it and they are amazing exactly the pair I sent him in for. BUT they had a hug oil stain on them. Worried I wasn’t going to be able to exchange them I brought them to the store Jan 6 for the return and the ladies were super helpful! A lady who looked like a manager grabbed a new pair for the cashier was helped the cashier and Even said I could exchange for another colour but they didn’t have my size and even mentioned I could check another location or wait untill a new shipment came in. Very impressed with the customer service level here! Made my return super easy.
The staff is so rude. I dont know her name but she is an older lady with blonde hair who has a different accent. She was so unwilling to give me my size when i asked for it to try on a sweatpant. Then when i asked for another size for another sweatpant, she was also unwilling to give it to me. Also waited at my door without moving which made me feel so pressured to kind of make my mind although i was PAYING WITH MY OWN MONEY. So rude and i really hate it. Reading through other comments, i realized that im not alone.
