Had such a good experience at Bluenotes! I was looking for Grinch pants and Nishi was super helpful and patient while helping me find them. She made the whole shopping experience easy and fun. Really appreciate her help—thank you, Nishi!
I was going to come on here about the look of the store, how dang messy this place is, but instead we need to talk about the way they treat their employees. As a customer, I had to walk out of the store after I witnessed the manager, Jupiter, speak so poorly to one of their workers. She looked very young. This is not the first time I have seen Jupiter be disrespectful to people-Customers too! He once put his hands in my face and told me to stop talking and listen to him. I was not going to say anything until I saw this. This place has fallen off bad. Even the clothes they sell now, I used to get cute clothes that looked like they were from ZARA, now, you get womens T shirts with, what? Hello Kitty? Care Bears This is not a children’s store. This place is going down and it’s pretty sad. To anyone reading, DO NOT SHOP HERE. And someone get Jupiter out of this place.
The worst shopping experience that someone could have in Canada! The price tag in the front rack was as $7.99, but after payment I realized that it was actually $11.99, when I asked, I was told that the sale is only for blue notes shorts and not other brands! ( while in the rack, nothing was mentioned), the manager, was so rude and dismissive and said we only give you store credit which I obviously didn’t want!! Never set foot into blue notes, maple view, Burlington if money and customer services matters to you!
Went in to return items from Christmas due to shut down and the manager was very pleasant and helpful. We received a store credit which we will use in the near future. Lots of good promotions in store as well.
Loud. Staff great you but ignore your reply. They talk to each while the set up displays. If you greet a customer have the courtesy to make eye contact and truly and respectfully acknowledge them instead of critiqueing how people looking for a job present themselves....you fall short of the skills to judge that.
A girl named Emma was working here today and she was sooo helpful and amazing. One of the best customer services I have ever had in retail. Thank you Emma!
