It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve had. The two girls working were not engaged with any customers at all, and the store wasn’t even busy. We kept having to approach them and ask if certain sizes were available, and they barely acknowledged us when they weren’t even busy. Another customer asked about a pair of boots, and the employee walked over to her so slowly without greeting her or showing any willingness to help. Both staff members were staring into outer space most of the time and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. It was extremely disappointing, and it definitely didn’t feel like the level of service expected from your store.
Been a long time customer. Bought many shoes over the years but this time not so lucky. The staff recommeded these shoes. After a month they fell apart. Couldnt return them since I am in Europe. Not real happy after spending over 100.00 for them.
I walked into aldos t today and noticed 2 girls sitting there on their phones a whole time with their head down didn't acknowledge me not even once to ask me if I need any help and continue to sit there when I ask them a question they Then answered me with a yes or no and continued just stick their head back in their phone the whole time and I was there for about 10 minutes in the store . If you don't want to work stay-at-home because what you're doing is stealing people are paying you for a duty and you're not doing nothing but entertaining yourself that's stealing
I called to place an item on hold and spoke to the manager Tori. Her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I will absolutely be returning to this location.
The worst customer service. The two employees were so busy talking about their weekend they didn't even greet us. Nor asked if we needed assistance. I won't be back to this location.
this aldo has some of the worst employees ever! I have worked for aldo and i know what they expect from there employees and if there district manger had been in the store when i was there lets just say you would have deff gotten a write up or worst!! I asked a girl that was re doing a display for a couple sizes in shoes there was no one else on the floor and she rolled her eyes at me and literally was giving me attitude right away i couldn't believe it! i wanted to ask for someone else to help me from the way she made me feel! then she comes back says out of 5 shoes they didn't have one of them i was looking for which i honestly find very hard to believe so i asked for 3 others what do you no don't have them either, she didn't offer to have them ordered for me or any other alternative which i know for a fact aldo is huge on! and i said wow you have nothing in my size i find that hard to believe she looked at me and walked away! i will never go in this aldo ever again! you guys need some serious help when it comes to customer service and this is comping from someone that has worked in retail for over 9 years !
Went in trying to get a pair of shoes. The young blonde girl was not helpful at all. She seemed to be in a hurry, the store was not busy. Needs to work on customer service skills The other lady with darker hair was trying but had other customers to attend to.
