One girl working during busy Xmas season. At least 4 other people waiting for a size while she helps out one customer at the till and chatting about god knows what. Did not seem to care that there were other people. After finally getting her attention to bring a size I get a different Color shoe. Absolutely worst customer service
Had a wonderful experience at this location. It was quite busy in the store, seeing as it was a Saturday afternoon. The associate that was helping me (Grace) was extremely helpful, attentive and nice. Thank you so much for your assistance today, Grace! I will be back to (hopefully) shop with you again!
Great experience. The store was fairly busy for only one employee to be working at that time, she was very tentative to all the customers in the store and apologized for the wait. Great customer service skills
I was in the store waiting while my wife was looking at their shoes, and then suddenly got shocked by the way the two staff girls behaved another customer. The customer was a lady who wanted to return the shoes she had bought. The staff girls, instead of just simply letting her know why they cannot accept the return, became extremely rude and offensive. One of them grabbed the receipt out of the lady’s hand and treated her in a very disgusting way in front of the other customers. I was disgusted by the two working girls, left the store with my wife and decided not to get back there ever again. I have no idea why the owner would hire such unprofessional staff.
Worst customer service ever. The manager is super rude and when I request a valid return she tried to find a flaw and had extremely annoying behaviour. She literally yelled at me in front of all other customers. She is the reason my family and friends stopped purchasing from the store, while we all love the products.
Their manager displayed extremely rude behavior. I attempted to return a pair of shoes, but they declined my request. What made the situation even worse was the manager's reaction and treatment towards me. Without my consent, she stamped "final sale" on the receipt, despite the fact that I had another purchase pending delivery. This unauthorized modification of my receipt was entirely inappropriate, as the return had not been processed. The manager's attitude was unprofessional and included racism behavior. I strongly discourage shopping at this branch, as they do not seem to value their customers in the slightest.
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced... Coming from someone who works in the industry I am absolutely baffled at how some of these workers are handling clients. The workers are extremely unprofessional, and talk behind your back while you are still 2 metres away from them!! They made rude, inconsiderate comments and made the environment feel extremely unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The workers always push you to buy add-ons but do not tell you that the add-ons make the shoes un-returnable. They all gossip about the customers and random topics, and are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. They actually seem extremely annoyed when they have to help a customer and do it with incredible amounts of attitude and sass. They have rolled their eyes, spoke harshly, and were openly rude to multiple people in the store during each of my visits. Many of my colleagues have shopped here as well and have all had the same experiences. In fact, I have experienced this behaviour from workers at multiple Call it Spring locations but this one had to have been the worst.
