Purchased a jacket from geox Eaton Centre. Came to return it after a week at Maple view mall Burlington. The staff refused to return the amount and said they can give a store credit. Whereas the receipt has no such condition mentioned on it neither the store has displayed any such policy. They say take it back to the Eaton Centre branch. This is not professional at all on the part of such a high brand like Geox. I'm a regular customer of Geox and make purchases in Dubai UAE. Never had such a problem or experience. First time in Canada purchased an item that has disappointed me.

I visited the Geox store and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed on Thursday, June 13, 2024, the store manager, Samera, was loudly shouting at a female employee, targeting her behavior in an inappropriate manner. To make matters worse, she involved another employee in the confrontation, which appeared to be an attempt to further harass and intimidate the initial employee. The situation was so distressing that the female employee ended up crying. This kind of behavior creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment, not just for the employees but for customers as well. As a loyal Geox customer, I expect a respectful and professional atmosphere in the store. I urge management to take immediate action regarding store manager Samera to ensure a positive workplace for all employees. I wish I could have marked zero. One thing I want to highlight is that your store manager has poor English language skills. She struggles to effectively communicate with customers. Before teaching employees, she should learn herself. I'm not sure how she got hired at Geox.
Terrible customer service. Everyone who works here has an attitude for whatever reason. Manager doesn’t seem phased about negative experience and poor customer service from someone on her team. Return policy on sale items is NOT communicated when purchasing, even cheap stores like Forever 21 will let you know you can’t return their $5 shirt so for a $70 pair of kids shoes ON SALE you’d think they would say something. Store credits are given on a receipt and expire lol because “system is always changing” so when they expire is a mystery…
I always have a good experience at this Geox location. During my visit today, Akki was very helpful and assisted me with ordering a pair of work shoes. The customer service is excellent!
