Wow what an experience! Jess was an exceptional server! Very patient with my requests and food was delicious I also happen to stumble upon this incredible musician Chris!! What a great guitarist. I'll definitely be coming back on Wednesdays!
The restaurant is cramped for larger parties. Our server was very good but over burdened. The food was only mediocre and the caesars were poorly mixed. There are better venues for lunch in Burlington.
Had dinner here Oct2025. Apps beet n goat cheese salad and white wine mussells shared. Seafood pasta and another pasta variation on carbonara along with beef short ribs. All dishes were amazing and we shared the starters. Quiet place so if you are looking for STK like environment this is not the place. I would highly recommend if you want an intimate evening with good food.
Wow! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a Friday night dinner at the quaint Downtown Bistro & Grill, Burlington. Excellent, very personable service and fantastic food. I started with a Caesar Salad that was huge and garlickly delicious. My wife had baked brie which was also tasty. She also enjoyed her Beef Tenderloin but the show stopper was my main. A phenomenal, unctuous and exceptionally tender beer braised beef short rib with mashed and seasonal vegetables. Fantastic!!! Highly recommended!!!
Everything is amazing here! This is our fave spot and we always leave saying how fantastic everything was. Thank you, Keith, Cinda, and Jessica for the outstanding service and food, and for always making us feel so welcomed! ❤️
Every other time I have been there before this restaurant , the food and service were great . This time however, the seafood crepe was burnt and so were the mushrooms inside . It was so bad I tasted it all day . Yes I did eat some of it because reordering would have meant waiting another 25 min . In between every course , the wait time was app 20-25 min. and I had places to be . Worst of all I finally mentioned it to the server , and nothing was done . No acknowledgement . Nothing . So disappointing because I really liked this place .
Please change your working hours if your kitchen closes 90 minutes before your restaurant does, this way you will waste less people's time when they are looking for later night dining.
