I absolutely love the ACAI bowls and order from her regularly. I have had a few problems contacting them though since there isn't a working phone, and although I thought it was a temporary thing, it has not been possible to phone there directy. The prices are quite high, however the food is almost always excellent. Lettuce Love (the restaurant next to HEAL) shares a walkthrough insid and is the only way we can talk to anyone on the phone who works there if we would like to place an order. Hopefully they get a phone soon!

Smoothie was very tasty, but I came here because it was attached to lettuce love (and it's a smoothie place) so I assumed it was gluten free. I got glutened very badly by the lean green smoothie. Celiacs make sure to ask before ordering or find elsewhere

I am a longtime customer of this place but will never understand why they (along with all other Heal locations I've visited) opt to not use certified gluten-free granola. It's an inexpensive switch - especially given the exorbitant cost of their bowls - that would protect hundreds of their customers. I was glutened several times here before I learned what was happening. I reached out to management who could not have cared less.

The bowls here taste so strange compared to Hamilton locations. More training on the cocoa bowls please! It is so weirdly stringy the consistency is way off.

This feedback is to THE OWNER - I come to Heal once per week and it drives me crazy how your staff works hard with no AC -and flies need to go… other than that the menu is great and service above and beyond. Your employees are the greatest asset in your business so make sure they have what they need.

Unfortunately this location is a letdown compared to the Heal locations on College St in Toronto and in Milton due to the poor service. We’ve been to this location twice and both times our online orders were missing items and they took so long to make. I would not recommend this location to anyone

I usually really like the bowls here and am a frequent customer but this time the service was quite poor. The girl taking my order was very apathetic. It took over 25 minutes for 1 bowl meanwhile orders placed after mine were made and handed out. They ran out of strawberries and I wasn't told until my order was being handed to me. She added more blueberries out of her volition instead of simply asking me what I would like.
